At Mounts Bay Distillery we specialise in producing Gin in Cornwall. Our Cornish Gin is carefully distilled with a collection of botanicals we believe really add to the flavour, rather than just adding for adding's sake. Our Ebba Gin is fresh and light and packed with citrus notes from seaberries harvested by the Cornish Seaberry Company in north Cornwall and herbal tones from coastal herbs we have foraged ourselves.

Ebba tidal Cornish Gin has a wonderful juniper punch and spice from the seaweeds harvested along the shoreline.

Pepper Dulse gives wonderful spiced flavours, Dulse leads to an amazing mouthfeel as well as a saline umami taste, similar to sea spray and sugar kelp wonderful sweetness and body.

Ebba Coastal is presented in a hand made Japanese Ceramic bottle similar to a saki bottle, wonderful for keeping the gin cool on hot summer days. Ebba tidal in a dark blue bottle, representing the ocean, the blue changes colour with the light, from dark and stormy to light blue summer oceans.

Our gins are made using both vapor infusion for the lighter and more floral botanics and pot distilled for the stronger flavors, such as juniper, coriander and cassia bark. We do not add anything to our gin apart from Cornish water after distillation, totally sugar free with all sweetness coming from the botanics.

Cornwall has a long history of distilling, dating back to the 18th century, and the county is home to a number of distilleries that produce a range of artisanal spirits, including gin and Honey Rum. Cornish gin has gained popularity with several artisanal distilleries producing their own unique blends.
